Electronic Signature Disclosure

For use with documents signed via pdfscore (pdfscore.com, the "Service").

1. Consent to use electronic records and signatures

By clicking the "Submit signed document" button (or equivalent) on a signing page, you agree to (a) electronically sign the document, (b) receive the executed copy by email and/or download, and (c) treat that electronic signature as the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature.

2. Right to receive a paper copy

You may request a paper copy of any document you sign through the Service by contacting the sender directly at the email address shown in the signing email. We do not store or distribute paper copies on behalf of senders.

3. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw consent to sign a particular document electronically at any time before submitting your signature by closing the signing page without clicking Submit. Once a document is submitted, the signature is final.

4. Hardware and software requirements

To use the Service you need:

  • A modern web browser (current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  • Internet access
  • An email account to receive the signing link and signed copy
  • A device with a pointer (mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen) to draw your signature
  • A PDF reader to view the signed document (most browsers include one)

5. Identification of records covered

This disclosure applies to every record presented to you through the Service, including the document(s) you are asked to sign and any related notices delivered by email.

6. Keeping your contact info current

You are responsible for keeping the email address used in the signing flow current. If your address changes, ask the sender to issue a new signing request to your new address before completing.

7. Limitations and disclaimer

Drawn signatures stamped by the Service are images embedded in the PDF; they are not cryptographically secured (PAdES/CAdES) and may not satisfy formal e-signature standards in every jurisdiction. For agreements that require advanced or qualified electronic signatures, use a service that provides those guarantees.
