Terms of Service

1. Service
pdfscore (pdfscore.com, the "Service") lets a signed-in sender upload a PDF, assign fields to one or more recipients, and email those recipients signing links. Recipients sign in their browser. The executed PDF is delivered by email to the sender and recipients.
2. Account
To send documents you must sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent documents; to send unsolicited bulk email; or to impersonate another person. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the documents you upload and the consent of the people you invite to sign.
4. Electronic signatures
The Service produces signed PDFs by stamping a typed name, drawn signature, and date image onto the document. See the E-Sign Disclosure for what an electronic signature on this Service does and does not guarantee.
5. Content and storage
We store documents only as long as needed to provide the Service. Each signing request is permanently deleted 30 days after it is finalized, or 30 days after it is issued if never completed; we email a reminder about a week beforehand. You retain all rights to the documents you upload. See our Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that signatures produced by the Service will be legally binding in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
